The Burnie Football Club is a member club of the Tasmanian State League competition, with responsibility for the provision of talented pathway football and management of state players.
The assistant strength & conditioning advisor is primarily responsible assisting and managing the game day fitness and conditioning for the Football team,ensuring the players are prepared and conditioned for game day intensity required.

Assist & implement GPS monitors for match day.
Coordinates football athlete rehabilitation with TSL, assist with rehabilitation of injured athletes.
Supports education for TSL-athletes about nutrition and supplementation.
Assists with coordinating, maintenance, and staffing of weight room/strength facilities.
Assists in identifying and purchasing needed strength and conditioning equipment.
Assists in scheduling & development of player load and training requirement. r
Attendance at TSL matches, providing player fitness feedback to club management and coaching personnel.
Involvement in squad selection, offering insight in selection decisions on fitness and conditioning.
Weekly match attendance, and time as required to complete designated tasks in consultation with High performance manager and TSL coach.
